Your support’s replies are pathetic! please make sure that they are in available for taking calls. Many times I have to call again or getting transferred elsewhere just because my query is large.
On Sundays, if I call the support is available but the people are not good enough. Only on weekdays, there is a rush. So please work on this.
Overall hosting is good, speed, uptime, bandwidth are consistent and no problems or issues with the managing of files.
