Sony Xperia Z5 Premium First 4K smartphone, Sony Leaks in the smartphone world come from all sorts of sources, with most being dubious at best. What you don’t expect however is a company’s own social media account to “leak” information about a major product announcement a week ahead of schedule. That however is what appears to have happened with Sony ahead of its IFA 2015 press conference which is scheduled to take place next Wednesday, 2 September. The Sony Georgia Facebook page has just published details of the three phones which the company will launch in Berlin which include what is set to be the world’s first smartphone with a 4K display.

Display: The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium sets new display standards, if one is to believe the leak on Facebook. Between 801 and 808 ppi, the highest resolution that we have seen in recent smartphone displays. These occur at 5.5 inches, the Panel solvent with “4K 2160p UltraHD” on; the first 4K display in a smartphone.

Camera: Sony served the Z5 Plus camera upgrade; the aged 21.7 Megapixel sensor gives way to a new 23-megapixel sensor; at least they say so on the the unconfirmed Facebook page of Sony Georgia. The aperture amounts to f / 1.8; as large as the acclaimed LG G4 (for testing), and there it ensures superb images in low light. Autofocus will find his destination within a tenth of a second.

Fingerprint Scanner: On the first pictures for Xperia Z5 a fingerprint scanner was recognized. The recent leak confirmed him for the Xperia Z5 premium.

Xperia Z5 Premium Price:

In the first leak, the in Facebook was published, we learned a lot about the technical specifications of the Sony Xperia Z5 premium, but nothing for the price. And also the name seems to have not yet fully understood, so we can not say whether it will be published as Xperia Z5 Z5 or Premium Plus.

The unveiling will take place on 02 September; when the release of the Xperia done Z5 premium on the market, is another matter.
