How to Block Autocad in Firewall

Even if you’ve never seen a firewall message, or even if you don’t know what a firewall is, I’ll show you how you can use it to stop Autocad from connecting to the internet. 

Follow Step By Step

• Step 1: Open the Windows Defender Firewall Control Panel.
• Step 2: Click Advanced Settings and give the administrator permission.
• Step 3: Click Outbound Rules, then click Create new rule…
• Now just take a look at the rundown of Permitted apps & highlights. If you do not see a passage for AutoCAD, click Permit to another application.
• Add an application dialog box, and then click Browse.
• You ought to now see an AutoCAD Application passage in the rundown of apps in the Add an Application dialog box. Click “Add”.

How To Block From Registry

irst of all, Close the “AutoCAD software“.

Press WINDOWS–R on the console to raise the Run window, enter REGEDIT, and click “OK”.

Explore & select the accompanying organizer:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software > Autodesk > AutoCAD > Rxx.x > ACAD–xxxx:40x > InfoCenter
